A Personal Approach to Wealth Management

Downtown Chicago moves fast, and the financial decisions that come with a career here rarely wait for a convenient moment. A promotion, an equity award, a growing family, or a move to the suburbs can each reshape your plan. Our role is to help you make those decisions with clarity rather than guesswork.

Serenity Wealth Management is a fee-based fiduciary firm working from South Wabash Avenue in the Loop. Within the advisory relationship we are obligated to put your interests first, and our planning is led by CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professionals held to the standards of the CFP Board. We coordinate your investments, retirement income, and tax strategy so the pieces work as one plan.

Why a Coordinated Plan Matters

In a two-income Chicago household, a decision about taxes can quietly undo a decision about investments. Bringing those threads together is where planning earns its keep, and it is the part most people never get to on their own.

Roughly half

of working-age U.S. households are at risk of not maintaining their standard of living in retirement, according to the Center for Retirement Research at Boston College National Retirement Risk Index.

About 88%

of Illinois wage earners contribute to Social Security, yet the age you claim can change your monthly benefit for life, a decision the Social Security Administration lets you make between 62 and 70.

6 to 7 figures

in lifetime earnings pass through the average professional career, and how those dollars are invested, taxed, and eventually withdrawn is rarely coordinated without a plan.

Client
After having a terrible experience with another financial adviser I was a bit wary going into my initial meeting with Rich. I was quickly relieved to find that Rich was professional, understanding, highly capable, and also very relatable. He has taken the time to explain absolutely everything we have covered and assured me that we are taking the right steps to secure my financial future. I'm thrilled to have found Rich and would definitely recommend him to others!

Client
Ive been working with Richard Little for over 2 years now and have had no complaints, his analysis and advice as a Financial Advisor is mind-blowing. After my father passed away we had a lot of cleaning up and consolidating to do and he was there every step of the way. It was just practical, realistic, well-reasoned, and a strategy I truly hadn't considered. His financial approach and strategy really has benefitted us even in the down market. After meeting with several financial advisors with different brokerages. I truly can say Richard Little has been our best choice as a wonderful financial advisor. Definitely appreciate how he goes in depth detail and paints a clear and concise bigger picture. Simply makes me feel confident about my financial future. Much appreciated!
